Michael Rose is an internationally renowned chef with over 15 years' hospitality & catering experience. Having studied hotel management at The New York University, Michael has also managed an exclusive 250 bedroom hotel in his native South Africa. Such thorough grounding made him the ideal candidate for his role at Transnet, the government transport services, where he was responsible for state banquets of up to 1000 guests, including government ministers & International dignitaries. Upon arrival in the UK, he took up the post of Senior Hospitality Manager at the BBC delighting the palates of many discerning celebrities.

The wealth of catering experience supplied by Michael Rose makes a marriage of pure brilliance, talent and creative genius with Stephanie Rose – a former Textile Designer. Her unique artistic vision and methodical mind brings an event together with an unrivalled level of precision. Together Michael and Stephanie have created a complete banqueting service that serves up the perfect, unique event every time.
